Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you're on your first paid subscription and LocalSiteAI isn't working out, email us within 14 days of the initial purchase and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.

2. Renewals

Renewal charges can be refunded if you contact us within 7 days of the charge and haven't run builds in the new period. To avoid unwanted renewals, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the period ends.

3. What we can't refund

• •AI provider costs — generation runs on your own API keys, so charges from OpenRouter, OpenAI, Azure, etc. are billed by them, not us.
• •Months of service already substantially used (heavy build usage in the period).
• •Chargebacks filed instead of contacting us first — please reach out, we're fast.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Refund request". Include nothing else — we'll confirm and process it within 3 business days. Refunds return to the original payment method.
