1. The service

LocalSiteAI is an AI-powered website generator. You provide business details and your own AI provider API keys; we generate, store, and help you deploy websites. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

3. Your keys, your costs

Generation runs on API keys you supply. You are responsible for the usage costs those providers bill you and for complying with their terms. We encrypt stored keys and use them only to fulfill your generation and deploy requests.

4. Your content

You own the websites and content you generate. We claim no rights over them beyond what's needed to store and serve them to you. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you publish, including compliance with advertising and local business regulations.

5. Acceptable use

• •No illegal content or content that infringes others' rights.
• •No deceptive or fraudulent websites (e.g. impersonating businesses that don't exist to scam consumers).
• •No spam, malware, or attempts to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Plans & billing

Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew until canceled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee search rankings, AI output quality, or uninterrupted availability. AI-generated content can contain errors — review it before publishing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalSiteAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
